The LiveTapâ„¢ Insertion Assembly is ideal for use in areas where down time is critical by allowing removal of the electrode from a live line or tank without process interruption. Fitted with a 1.5" ball valve, the pH or ORP electrode can be removed for maintenance by sliding the 316L Stainless Steel sheath through the valve and closing it off. Your electrode is now safe to remove.
The Industrial Insertion Hardware is unique in the fact that it allows you to use various types of electrodes without changing the hardware. The TB557 series electrode is available for virtually any application that requires constant monitoring or control. They are manufactured to adapt to most controller / transmitters in existence today. It also offers improvements in electrode design by using a large surface Magna-Sensâ„¢ reference junction and a solid polymer reference gel.
